The beloved city ♥

Keď sa spomenie leto alebo dovolenka, vždy si predstavím pláž a horúci piesok. Aj preto sme s babami veľa času strávili pri mori. Boli sme aj na populárnej pláži Barceloneta, ale najviac sme si obľúbili pláž Nova Icària. Napriek tomu, že je to jedna z mestských pláží, nebola preplnená ľuďmi ležiacimi len pár centimetrov od vášho uteráku. :D    _____________________________

When you mention summer or vacation, I imagine a beach and hot sand. And that´s why me and my friends spent a lot of time by the sea. We also went to the popular Barceloneta beach, but our favourite one was Nova Icària beach. Nevertheless it is one of the city beaches, it wasn´t crowded  with people lying just few centimetres from your towel. :D





Poviete si síce, že sme išli na dovolenku, ale pravda je taká, že ani raz sme sa poriadne nevyspali. Keď sme si neužívali more a slnko, tak sme objavovali iné krásy mesta. Jedno z miest, ktoré sme navštívili bol futbalový štadión Camp Nou. Myslím, že je to "must-see thing", keď sa rozhodnete Barcelonu navštíviť a naozaj spoznať.

You can say, that we went to vacation, but the truth is that there wasn´t a day when we were fully relaxed. When we weren´t enjoying the sea and sun, we were exploring other beauties of the city. Football stadium Camp Nou was one of the places we went to. I think, that when you decide to visit and uncover Barcelona, this is definitely a must-see thing.




Ešte pred odletom do Barcelony sme si urobili zoznam miest a atrakcií, ktoré si chceme za ten týždeň pozrieť. Bolo to približne koncom týždňa, kedy sme si privstali a urobili menšiu túru na hrad. V tom teple sme mali čo robiť, ale záhrady okolo hradu a výhľad na prístav za to stáli. Ďalším miestom bola ulica La Rambla plná obchodíkov a stánkov. Videli sme aj Sagrada Familiu a odtiaľ sme pešo prešli do Gotickej časti Barcelony.

Before the departure to Barcelona we made a list of attractions and places we want to visit during  the week. I think it was almost the end of the week we woke up earlier and went to a castle. It was hot, the castle was on a hill so it wasn´t easy to walk there, but the gardens around it and the view on a dock was worth it. The next place we went to was La Rambla street full of small shops. We also saw Sagrada Familia and we walked from it to the Gotic part of Barcelona. 





Posledný večer sme sme strávili v centre mesta. Prechádzali sme sa, dali si náš obľúbený Starbucks a urobili posledné fotky. Za tých osem dní sme videli veľa, no Barcelona je miesto, kde je stále čo objavovať a ja len dúfam, že sa sem niekedy vrátim a spoznám ju ešte viac.

We spent the last evening in the heart of the city. We walked a little bit, had our favourite Starbucks and made the last photos. We saw a lot during that eight days, but Barcelona is a place, where are still many things to discover and I just hope, that I will come back and uncover it a little more.
